FACS Aria

The system uses fiber optic guided solid state 405, 488nm and 635nm diode lasers along with fiber guided emission collections (five colors plus scatter off the 488nm, three colors off the 635nm line, and 6 off the 405nm line).

Beckman-Coulter ViCell:
-Is an automated cell viability analyzer using trypan blue exclusion staining combined with imaged-based size analysis.
A cell sample is loaded into the system (minimum 1.0 mL, but can be diluted and dilution factored into final result), and the instrument aspirates the sample, mixes with the trypan blue, and loads the sample into the chamber and records: cell count/mL (equivalnet of 100), percent viability, and size distribution. It then performs and clean cycle. Sample processing time is approximately 3.5 minutes per sample
CTL-ImmunoSpot S5 Core Analyzer:
-is CTLs dedicated model that has been fine tailored for ELISPOT work in the 96 well format
-features high end optics and cameras permitting to counting objects as small as >25 micrometer in size which can be critical for certain ELISPOT assays, including TNF and perforin measurements
The S5 Core ideally lends itself for GLP and high-throughput upgrades. The S5 Core instrument is ideally suited for users who do one particular type of assay while having the highest expectations for image and analysis quality.

JABSOM ThermoFisher Attune NXT
Acoustic focusing cytometer with 4 lasers (405, 488, 561 and 638nm) and 14 fluorescent parameters, running Attune software version 4.2 on Windows 10.
Can analyze samples from multiple tube formats as well as 96 (traditional and deep well) and 384 well plates. Capable of volumetric cell count, rare event detection, high volume samples acquisition, up to 10x faster (no wash, no lyse blood samples), and handles larger cells and particles (up to 300um) as well as clumpy cell samples. Equipped with external fluidics supply system to allow running large number of samples without needing to refill and/or empty fluids. We also have the ability to detect exosomes/small vesicles with the special small particle detector filters.
ThermoFisher Countess II FL
Countess II FL automated cell counter is the only counter with the option of reusable or disposable slides. It has fluorescence and brightfield capabilities that can count cells, monitor fluorescent protein expression and measure cell viability. EVOS light cubes include interchangable GFP, RFP, and DAPI.
NanoDrop 2000c
The Thermo Scientific NanoDrop 2000c is a full-spectrum spectrophotometer that measures up to 2 ul samples with high accuracy and reproducibility. This system offers the convenience of both the NanoDrop patented sample retention technology and a traditional cuvette for sample measurements. The 2000c can measure high-concentration samples without dilution that many standard cuvette spectrophotometers cannot, measuring up to 200 times more concentrated solutions. Applications include measuring: Nucleic Acid Quantification, DNA Quantification, RNA Quantification, and Protein Quantification.
