Description: Molecular & Cellular Immunology Core, and Cancer Center Microscopy, Imaging, & Flow Cytometry Core, and Thermo Fisher SCIENTIFIC Present Flow Cytometry Seminar: Extracellular Vesicle and Small Particle Analysis Using Flow Cytometry*

All living cells release membrane vesicles, either shed from the cell surface, secreted from intracellular organelles or released by other mechanisms such as apoptosis. Small particles can present challenges for detection. Considerations relevant to small particle detection using flow cytometry will be presented along with tips for successful analysis.
