Description: Multicolor flow cytometry is a powerful tool for analyzing multiple cellular parameters simultaneously. This workshop will present the basic principles for optimization of multicolor flow cytometry panels, which include considerations around fluorochrome brightness, antigen level of expression, spillover, proper use of tandem dyes, and
appropriate use of controls. Special considerations for the detection of intracellular targets such as cytokines and transcription factors will also be discussed.
