Description: In this seminar Dr. Marisa Martino will present information on branched DNA (bDNA) technology, which uses signal amplification rather than target amplification for direct measurement of RNA or DNA transcripts, and how it’s used for accurate and precise RNA quantitation without requiring RNA purification to measure up to 80 genes in a single well with Luminex instrumentation
